Any one waiting for an update from Spokane Field Office? I sent them 2 weeks ago a RFE (medicals) and no update yet.
A coworker had to send his to Cleveland Office and he just go his cases approved.

Hi everyone, my husband (29) and I (28) met through a dating app on 2021 and got to meet the same year after a few months of texting and video calling. We have been constantly visiting each other since then, about 8 trips total since 2021 to today. He proposed earlier this year and we got married in July.
We are currently preparing to file I-130 and chose to go the consular processing way. The Bona Fide evidence we have consist of mostly pictures, text messages, plane tickets and hotel/resorts/Airbnb reservations along with gifts receipts from stuff we have sent each other.
My question and concern is…. I don’t know how to organize everything since the first 4 months of us knowing each other is mostly texts it feels overwhelming to just have 3 pages of that? we don’t have joint finances cause I dont live in the US. What is the best way to get the evidence document together? (We’re filling online)
If anyone who has a similar case/situation could provide a little guidance it would be gladly appreciated 🙌🏽.

hello everyone,
i got my I-130 approved last week, and received my medical RFE for the I-485. i sent the medical yesterday overnight and they should get it today. how long after receiving the medical do they take to process my application, and when they ask for it is tgere going to be an interview?

I am confused!
I saw two updates on my 130 case Case History: the first one said “we sent you a request for initial evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative” but no particular evidence was mentioned and the second update said “Case is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS “
My current case status is still saying “Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you “
Friends what do you think I should do? I filled concurrently and added my marriage license and other required documents when I made my submission. I also added some unsolicited evidence via my USCIS portal.

hello you guys, I received an RFE on my i130 yesterday and I’m waiting for the letter in the mail to know exactly what document they want however, I’m curious as to how much longer does it take after submitting the requested information to reach the decision? for those of you who have also received RFE who long did it take you?
