Can I port EB3 unskilled i485j with new unskilled job offer of similar occupation to the same employer where I am doing STEM OPT as web developer?

If it is the same as your perm then you are good but if not then you need to file a new one

Don’t think about your current job/status. You can port your eb3-3 as long as job discription and title are similar and I-140 approved more than 180 days and 485 pending more than 180 days

A web developer is not an unskilled job fyi. You are going from an unskilled job to a skilled job

there is no specific level assigned to a web developer. As long as I-140 has previously been approved, you are good togo
