We filed for Green Card for my Parent in Oct 2021 and are still waiting. Owing to family medical issues they want to go back to India and the AP is also under process. We were suggested to plead our case with Info pass appointment, what is best way to get an info pass appointment ?

I485 Decision: Denied
my I485 was rejected yesterday since my lawyer didn’t receive/respond (not sure) to I693 RFE request. can anyone suggest potential next steps or has anyone encountered a similar situation? There seems to be no other issue with the application, based on the DENIAL letter.
1. what are the chances of case being approved, if re-opened? and what’re the chances of the case being re-opened?
2. is it worth filing a lawsuit case against the law firm?
I’d appreciate any help/guidance in the matter here.

medical rfe for I485
i sent my medical via express last Thursday.
it was delivered on Friday.
i only sent my copy of the rfe notice with the sealed envelope in the usps express mail envelope.
i didn’t add a cover letter because i just followed the instructions on the notice as is.
how long after the mail was delivered did your account get updated for rfe being received?

Time line sharing / How long will it take to get advance parole document after approval?
Hi, I am in a hurry now because I have a wedding ceremony in my country and recently I got the approval of advance parole.
On 08/19/23, the case was approved and on 08/22/23 the document was produced. But when I chatted with Emma today, the representative said no tracking number was issued.
Does anyone know how long it will take to get the document?
Please help me.

Inquiry about evidence shown in I-130
Hi,
I meet my spouse 6 months ago in marraige, introduce by my relatives. I came on visitor visa and my spouse is US citizen, after knowing each other we got married on April 1st. Then we file for my green card application and recently I got my SSN and EAD card.
last week we received a notice I-130 petition for Alien Relative USCIS requesting for evidence for legitimate marriage. USCIS stated that - The evidence in the record and testimony did not establish the claimed relationship.
while filing we have already submitted marriage certificate, marriage ceremony pictures.
we haven't open joint account yet as I just got my SSN. Also we live with our family so most of the expense is been gone from his dad's account so I am not sure if we still need to open joint account.
please advice us what extra evidence we can provide to show our marriage is legal and not entered into for the purpose of evading immigration law.
