At last, I get a reprieve after months of anxiety and depression. I know the i485 is yet tot be approved. but I will celebrate this small win and thank all who have encouraged me on this app.
I called the NBC and they said my interview was waived. does anyone know what having interview waived mean in the big picture? Thanks.

@Kim cherry the evidence you attach to the i130. for the rest you simply need marriage certificate and then file an affidavit of support with your i485 (adjustment of status application)

weird they didn’t just approve your 485 after rfe. When will your marriage be 2years? maybe they’re waiting for that

@Mr wonderful there is a call number available online. when you call say that you don’t have your application number and then answer yes to most of the questions and then you will be connected to a live agent eventually.
