Can Renew EAD while i485 denied appeal pending
Can I renew my EAD while my appeal is pending? my work permit will expire on April 2024. fyi (i485 denied reason; didnt go interview, did appeal 300 days ago)

NO... once your current EAD ends before the re-decision of your I-485, you can't work any longer... Sometimes, as soon as the I485, the EAD is canceled automatically. Others times, it is not.

didn’t they revoke your EAD when 485 denied?

we did appeal so they said i can use my ead till expire after that im done
