i-140
could you please share how long did your i-140 approval take without premium processing? I have submitted it on April 24 and still waiting. thank you.

@Mike K March 9, 2023 and still waiting. i think it takes 7-9 months at TSC. just be patient or go with pp if you are in hurry.

I filed mine on 06/09/2023 and still waiting for normal processing. my employer called last week. they said it takes up to 7 months.

thank you all for sharing. the lawyer says i140 and i485 process respectively but I see that every case goes like after i140 is approved, i485 quickly proceed and approved. I have checked my place on the service center through this lawfully premium. and it says the first place among 4 people. 36 people already got their decision. I think some of them who were waiting went with their i140 premium and my rank went up as the 1st one. Any idea about Lawfully rank?
