Same here. 1 year and still waiting for my EAD

Me too 12.5 months only EAD everything else pending at NBC

They said that you can open 3 inquiries, each one taking 30 days to get a response. If in 90 days you don't have a response from USCIS, you can call and schedule a personal interview with a consular agent, I'm waiting for that to happen!!

The normal Processing time for EAD is 9 months on NBC I have 6 Month waiting for my EAD that’s Crazy too long 🥹🥹

@Nilton pinheiro Yes this is really a sad and unfair process. I submitted an inquiry and they told me to wait 30 business days for a response and if they don’t reply back I have to call them again. I feel like it’s a game for them.

@Lau L Yes, I send messages and ask every day on the USCIS website but no response, they just play and on the website they say that the waiting time has been reduced to 9 months

@poto mac yes my friend crazy uscis,On the website they say something about how long it takes to take EAD but in reality it's all a lie, they're just trying to save time!
