hi guys, I am so happy my i-130 got approved. what does this mean? from what I have seen on here is that i-485 gets approved next within 1-2 days.

it means they believe your marriage is real. About the GC after within 1-2 days that is not most of the case.

mine was approved couple hours after I-130 was approved,Give it time may take a few days.

@miley a oh that’s good, then it’s a question of time. i have always been in good status in the US and never overstayed or have a criminal record.
so I should just wait for i-485. i got 2 emails this morning that they took action on my case but i don’t see anything on my account. only on my husband’s says i-130 approved.

@MisEnd irach maybe they gonna approve your i485 or schedule a interview, let's hope they approve you without the interview. my i130 and i484 was approved hours apart in the same day, no interview 🙃

@MisEnd irach i130 is the Petitioner’s case, uscis approve it because they're satisfied with the evidence that was provided, i485 on the other hand uscis officer, with his/ her discretion can waived the interview it's not a sure thing. for now pray that they'll waived the i485, or prepare yourself mentally and physically for an interview

@MisEnd irach I really hope they approve your I-485 soon! Have you tried to look on “documents”? Maybe the action that they are talking about is there
