@eni Yes, it is legit. We did the same. You will receive an email with an update within 30 days. I can bet you they will come back and say they are working on it and be patient. It took them 6 months to update our online account to show that they have received our RFE. We filed July 2022, still waiting.

@eni We got a response in about 15days. no decision on our case yet. we filed July 2022, completed biometrics August 2022. Received medical RFE 3/1, sent medical RFE back on 3/16. USCIS updated online account on 9/12 saying they’ve received our medical RFE and are reviewing our case again. no decision, we are on day 437. US Cirizen filing for parent. Dallas FO

Yes this happened to me too. I filed in October 2022 and they asked me for RFE and they received in December 2022. A week ago when I ask them through Emma about my case, the agent told me “I can submit an inquiry to ask for further details at this time” so he gave me a referral number

@eni I talk with a live agent through Emma yesterday and they did the same thing because it is 75 day I submit rfe and no decision

@eni No they didn’t send me an email, the agent only gave me the referral number through Emma and he asked me for my email but they didn’t send me anything

we are in same boat almost , my pd is 4 oct 2022, today its one year since i applied my case no any response from uscis still waiting and its almost 135 days i sent my RFE and no any update still waiting 😭. can anybody help me please that what i can do with whom i can talk please help 🙏🏻

@Nav sandhu I feel you. My PD is oct 11, 2022. Did you try submit an inquiry? I already did for all my forms but still waiting for a response, they told me to wait 30 business days for an answer

@Lau L i want to know one thing , we can submit inquiry if our case is out of processing time but my center is nebraska processing time for i130 is 14 months for results , but its 12 months to my case since i applied so should i submit inquiry or not ?

@Nav sandhu Yes I will let you know. I submitted also my I130 even if it’s not outside processing time because when we asked to the agent about our case, he said there wasn’t any update since they had received my case last year so he suggested us to make an inquiry
