Hey guys,
I wanted to ask and see if anyone. may know about this. My husband is my sponsor for AOS, he recieved an email from Uscis asking him to create an account. we were iffy about the email so he went into he Uscis webpage directly to create an account but it asked for anonline access code. We recieved one when we initially applied back in July but it was addressed to me and so my question is, would he be able to create an online account as well or is the beneficiary the only one that gets to make an account?
EB1-A visa regression!
Hi, is there anyone who has racently approved I-485 on EB1-A basis? Please comments here. Somone posted that there is no more EB1-A visas available for years 20223. However as i look at September Bulletins the date is Current which means visas are available. Please write your experience 🤔TIA
