my I140 was approved in july in texas but my I485 hasn’t been transferred yet 😢

@abde bande check the latest post by hyunmo kang. It will give you some hope. His status changed from bio to card being produced without being transferred to nbc.

@abde bande Did you submit your medicals with your I-485? If so Ive seen quite a few going to biometrics to approved?

@Yash D Thank you!! My RFE was for my medicals, submitted then approved 2 weeks after that thankfully. On my 1st I-140 attempt I had a massive RFE to prove that my company and role was real which was an ordeal.

@C Pato yeah I submitted them with I485 and I140,EAD, and I131. from what I understood. the transfer is a necessary step, however the transfer notice is not sent to everybody and it does not refelect on the status in most of the cases. Asking Emma is the only way to know where the case is located

@C Pato when you submitted response to RFE on i140, after how many days your case was approved? also did u file premium?
