NVC Status update
hello, I went to the NVC to check my husband's status and I saw this message:
A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed.
I am so depressed, I feel like he will never come home to our daughter. 😭😭😢😢😭
My brother is DV winner.he fill immediately relative family members i130 for brother and sister f41 in 2013 and documents qualified. NVC had send me welcome letter.how long to wait for interview date

New NVC timeline
I just recently got my NOA 2 on 8/14/23. What is the expected timeframe before I received my case number? I heard that ut is fairly quick, and some says it is taking longer then usual. Anyone have any insight or have received their case number recently? How can we really check and will I get an email notification?
Expedite inquiry and Case transferred from NBC to my address, what does that mean?

I have filled I-485 since about 6 months. I asked the USCIS to expedite my applications and they contacted me recently to send evidence documents through the fax with an attention goes to customer service manager to the field office located in my area I noticed after a week that they updated the case to:
“ your document to have your case expedited referral number T1B********, was completed.
My case was in NBC and now it’s in a field office my state in Detroit.
- What does it mean to have the form in my state field office instead of NBC?
- What does it mean to have the application in the field office not in the service center NBC?

Apparently our interview got waived since june 2022 based on several representatives we have spoken to but we still haven't received any update on our case since September 2021 and now Apparently they transferred our case to north carolina whilst we live in NY. is anyone else experiencing this? how long does it take😒😫 this is exhausting and stressful

My mother Case has been Documentarily qualified from April20th since then I haven’t heard anything from NVC and or from
Islamabad embassy ! I know there is a back log of cases but is there no way around for anyone who is living alone and old for interview to be Expedited I need answers from people who have experience such thing and were able to get some kind of way out of there was any other then moving to some Other country ! this back log of cares doesn’t seem to be moving and seems like it will more two years minimum if not more for interview to be scheduled
