I expedited mine by talking to a live agent on Emma and they approved it. I just told them I wanted the EAD to help with the finances as FL has a law that undocumented people shouldn’t work.

Waiting 18 months and the experience has been horrible. Did multiple expedites and still nothing but excuses. I even submitted one a month after responding to an RFE and they responded a month after saying that their system indicates I have to respond to the RFE. Switched to VAWA November 28th 2022 and still nothing. Received Prima Facie and submitted another Expedited request through the Congressman in April and they keep stating that it is being reviewed by an officer but the final decision is delayed due to workload factors that are not related to my case and I received that exact same update 3 months in a row

Did an expedite through the live chat and got it approved a few days later.

for me it was pretty straight up only took 40 days

no I didn’t have to send in any proof or anything other than what I told the agent
