How can check if my case was sent to NVC
Hi everyone,
My i-140 for a EB2-NIW was approved last week! I’m applying from my country
Where can I check when the USCIS sent my process to NVC? I mean, through Lawfully can I see this new status?

don’t worry. They’ll send you a notification as soon as your case is sent to the NVC. Some days after that, you’ll receive the welcome letter with your case number and the invoice to pay fees. In my case, USCIS sent the case to NVC 13 days after the approval, and my lawyer received the welcome letter like 2 weeks after that. Congratulations for your approval!!

@V O after paying fees you need to wait until the platform allows you to upload your civil documents and cover letter. Once you do that, NVC’ll be ready to check them. If everything is ok, they will notify you as Documentarly Quialified, and you’ll need to be current to be allowed to schedule your consular appointment. You’ll also need to schedule a medical appointment before having your consular one.
