Yes once your advance parole is approved you can safely travel and come back even if you crossed the border without being inspected and admitted when you come back with advance e parole this cures your illegal entry.

@PG Jav siempre que regreses de un viaje internacional tienes que pasar a segunda inspección pero eso es solo porque te tienen que hacer un I-94 no porque sea algo malo

@francisco avelar, even if you cross the border and you don’t have a court or know you’re in removal and you’re granted advance parole, you can travel safely??

@ال وقت I don’t think they will grant advance parole if your removal proceedings are open , they need to be closed.

@francisco avelar, on the case, there’s no case showing in the eoir web, nothing hearing, no case at all even when you call the 800 number. nothing shows and the fbi report say, inadmissibility, and another sheet say no prior removal.
