70 DAYS SINCE MY MEDICALS WERE RECEIVED
My VAWA got approved and then the USCIS sent a RFE. It was for Medicals I-693 for Adjustment of Status I-485.
I mailed the Medical forms back to USCIS and they confirmed the receipt.
It’s been 70 days and I do not have the interview notice, nothing. It’s handled by NBC as the RFE shows and not the field office, but I am in Chicago.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
Approval for both????
Hey Everyone, on Thursday my I-1485 was “Actively being Reviewed “ for the 3rd time
and then on Friday my I-130 was “Actively being reviewed” for the 2nd time
I filed both concurrently, so does that mean both were approved???
also this morning I got an Email stating “USCIS has taken action on your case”

I got my i130 approved 26 days ago. My i485 has been actively reviewing for approximately a month now. I prayed that my i485 didn’t get approved until after September 2nd. Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary so now my case can be approved any day now. I am now waiting patiently waiting for my 10 year green card to be approved because I just didn’t want to bother with any conditional GC and USCIS again right now. I will let you guys k ow when I get approved. Have a blessed day you all. Let us keep praying for each other.

request evidence was mailed to me on June 26th 2023 after congress was contact them form me .
response reference mail out at my field office Baltimore . Now just waiting for decisions I let you know guys if I have any updates.have good weekend

May 2 says interview cancel, but I entered the interview and the officer confirmed it. He said the card will come after 3 weeks, but now after 4 months they are creating an interwiev again. Is anyone in the same situation?

Is expedite request worth it?
Hi everyone,
My wife and I (US citizen) are currently living together in Armenia and waiting on her I-130 to be approved (consular processing). It hasn't been too long, only about 3 months, but we might face some legal problems with my wife staying here for longer than expected. I'm a permanent resident, so no problems with me, however my wife's stay here is purely based on Armenia allowing us to stay here and visa-run. It is very difficult for her to sustain living here, as she isn't even allowed to open a bank account, utilize public medical services or use any sort of government-based services for that matter. She has to rely on me and thank God that I have a permanent residenship and a job here. Given the situation, do you all think it would be beneficial to try to expedite our case? Does it even help to do that? Or what other options might we have?
