No approval but RFE for I-864 @J U

@Saho Baikhut I got same rfe for i864w 2 weeks ago, I responded and my i485 got approved yesterday

my pd is May 19. last week I got a RFIE for my 485. not sure what it’s for yet since I provided everything up front. could be long form birth certificate or more about my husbands income. but it looks like they actually glanced at my case last week. my EAD was approved on biometrics day though (I’m Canadian which is why i think thats automatic)

@J U PD was 8th May. EAD approved June (on biometrics day) RFE for 864 on October 5th

Congratulations @dee won I just sent back the response and should be at their office tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll be as lucky as that
