Please advise!😭
My I-485 application has been actively reviewed by USCIS.
I suddenly received a notification that they are requesting more information. I logged in and saw that the request for evidence they are asking for is not relevant for the category I am applying for.
I also noticed that right after status being in “request evidence”, it changed again into “actively reviewing”.
Currently it says “actively reviewing, nothing is is outstanding at this time”, but under it there is a butto “respond with evidence”.
I hope I am clear with my explanation… any advise?🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
expedite request
on july 24 i contacted uscis to request expedite and then on september 04 i got a mail from them saying that my request got denied. i contact my local congressman right away to ask for help about my expedite request and on september 06 they sent my documents to uscis. anybody on the same boat? i request expedite for my i-765 and i-131.
I-140 process completed after expedite fee payment
upon payment of premium fee, I-140 was approved just on time. additional fee worth it.
