request for evidence- acknowledgement of criminal record
Hello everyone. if you receive a notice for request of evidence “you failed to answer all of the questions for I-129F. please answer the following question: have you ever been arrested, cited charged or imposed?” if the answer is NO, do you have to provide supporting evidence or can you just send back the letter with the answer NO. thank you!!

If your answer is NO, there is no need for evidence. If your answer is YES however, you will need to attach supporting evidence (arrest record and or adjudication) with your response.
