What are the documents you need to submit with I485?
Hi fam, my husband is a US citizen and we have been married for 5 years now. We have 3 children. Currently, I am on STEM OPT.
My husband has filed I130 in Dec 2022, which has been on active review for 10 months now.
I am ready to submit my I485 and AP. May I ask aside from the forms, what other documents do you need to submit with I485? I have seen some people submit all the I130 evidence records (pictures, tax returns, ….). Thank you

Wondering why you didn't file both simultaneously? I-485 and I-130? Anyways, turn in every evidence you did for I-130, and more if you have.. Joint Bank statements and Tax returns, Pictures of life events together, Birth certs of kids together, Proof of cohabitation(rental lease/mortgage), etc...basically, all you can to proof y'all are living together in good faith
