does anyone else has the same timeline. I’m loosing my patience now . my i360 was filled in 8oct 2021 .
this is my second timeline for I-765 the first one was also filled on 8oct 2021 but that was filled wrong by my attorney. I’m stressing everyday from last couple months .
please share your experience it may help me a lot .

@kings Kay I think he is emphasizing on his work authorization. He has not received any since he filed in 2021. There was a mistake in the first filing and the second filing on Dec 2022 there hasn't been any feedback or approval. That would make anyone go crazy especially if that individual is the breadwinner of their family.

I am so sorry, that’s very frustrating. why don’t you request to expedite? I believe you can do it if it is under c9. I see people here requested expedite and got approval. search something here “vawa I765 expedite” to find those posts. good luck!

@F A I am a full blooded Nigerian. If they are not ogbanjes destroying destinies and toying with people’s emotions and future why would it be a big deal to issue EADs for people after filing over a year? I have 3 active EADs as I speak, 2 issued last year with expirations for March 2024 & September 2024. And just this April they issued another that expires March 2025!!!!! Is that not insane. Meanwhile it will be exactly a year they received my response to their last RFE and approving my I-360 has become a big deal????? They are nothing but lunatics who deserve factory setting slaps🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️

@Awesome God are you for real? why 3 EADs when some are looking for one. Imagine a whole one year after response to rfe. Only God knows how they handle these cases, cos it’s frustrating for real. I pray God see us through, amen. To think some people that applied in 2022 are already getting approved while 2019,2020,2021 are still waiting despite the fact we all submitted to the same location

@F A 2 of my children also have 2 EAD renewals. Those people are bunch of crap. Sadists and in-human creatures. I can’t wait to be freed from having anything to do with. They are a nightmare, worse than the zombies and creatures in MJ’s THRILLER 👹 👺 👿 🧟

@F A that also doesn't make sense to me. i see all people who applied recently, gettin approved and I applied in 2018 and still nothing. are our cases on the bottom of piles, in the drawer, lost? not sure what to think 😔
