Someone had the I140 request denied, and consequently the I485 that was active appeared denied , what did your lawyer advise you? I made a motion for the I140 which has not yet been analyzed (it was sent within the deadline 93 days ago) and a motion for the I485 which was denied! I'm still in the US, my I485 was denied 58 days ago! #290 #eb2 #denied #motion #I-290B
still waiting for i824 to get aproved
same hassel again tonight my kids and husband are going back to the states they came here for a short visit but time flied so fast we were very happy but tonight and again they are leaving and I'm still stucked here in lebanon waiting for my i824 to get aproved it's been 10months now and no new update ...
believe me its so painful to get separated again from my lovely family
i really don't know what to do
