hi everyone. I received an update from my K1 visa that a request for evidence letter has been sent. It’s been more than 20 days and I still haven’t received it in the mail. Ifyou received this notice, how long did it take for you to get it in the mail? thank you!!

I am still waiting on my letter from October 12 to come in the mail but a copy was posted on the online portal on October 17th. you should look under documents to see it at this point

sorry which portal? I requested an additional letter but it said it would also be sent in the mail

It took me 15 days between it arriving and sending what they requested

You can find it online. if you haven’t set up an account, you definitely should. You will need your receipt number for the account set up and add your case. Then find all communications from USCIS on the Documents tab. www.uscis.gov.
