No NVC Welcome Letter
Even after a few weeks NVC hasn’t sent any welcome letter. 😣 Inquiry only responded saying they didn’t receive the case from USCIS but it shows it was sent to the department of state already. This is so frustrating to keep waiting like this to continue the process. Some posts say they have gotten it within a few days. Can anyone provide any suggestions?

My EB1 October Visa Bulletin predictions
ROW: Current for both Final Action Date (FAD) and Date for Filing (DF)
China FAD: 6/1/2022 - 10/1/2022; DF: 10/1/2022 - 2/1/2023
India FAD: 2021 - 2/1/2022; DF: 6/1/2022
Just my guess and I'm not confident at all... If I'm right, I'll feel good, but if it's not right, well, that won't be surprising. #visabulletin
where to send documents or request
I submitted my application at the Vermont office. now that the website wants applicants to submit their applications to the Nebraska office, if I want to make a request or submit additional documents, where do I send the paperwork to? Still in Vermont office, or the Nebraska office.
I need your advice please.
I asked my lawyer to send me a copy of i130 form that he submitted to USCIS 10 months ago and I found more than 10 errors including our marriage date, my passport expiration date, my email…. I called him and he asked me to send him the corrections to fix the errors. Should i do that or look for another lawyer? my case is F2A and still under review so far. Thank you
10 year green card approved
after 23 months, my 10 year green card finally approved. applied in Oct 2021. combo card approved in Jan 2023. I-130 approved on july 31st. medical and bonafide marriage rfe received on July 31st. i-485 case approved 9 days after response to RFE received status. interview waived
few things I did to expedite my case, congressional and white house inquiries helped
lastly, two lessons I learned in this long journey, dont trust a word from Emma agent. Lastly, your case starts moving once you stop giving a F about it lol.
