can anyone help explaining what situation my cases are? it’s been almost 4 years since my I130 was submitted. the last rfe was a medical I693 rfe. and I have completed my biometric last year.

sick of waiting
my medical expires on 6 october so I’m going to have to redo because of the lazy assholes at the Chicago FO . my case has been there for 8 months . we have just past our 2 year mark since we filed but people are getting approved in 75 days . it’s not fair that some of us are expected to wait years for our green cards and other get approved so quickly. my husband is a US citizen born and bred , we have no RFE , no interview NOTHING . we have been married 6 years . wtf is the problem .

Hi all,
I received a notification now from the USCIS that “Case is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” for the second time. I checked the Documents tab and found I-130 Approval letter 🌹🎉
When I applied for I-130 my spouse was an LPR and I upgraded the petition from F2A to IR1/CR1 and fhe NOA letter says that this approval is based onHusband or Wife of US citizen. Now, for I-485, how long does it take to get approved? Noting that it’s in Detroit field office and I filed I-485 on concurrent concept but in different dates and I already have filed expedite request for it.
