Case update
Good morning. I did my marriage based interview two weeks ago. The case officer said I was approved for a two year conditional greencard but their system was having issues so they couldn’t update the online to case approved. It has been two weeks and my status is still saying “Interview scheduled”. Anyone else having this problem?
Case not updating
So I talked to someone yesterday through Emma and she said an agent reviewed my case on the 11th of this month, but my online portal that I can see shows nothing at all except that my case was received January 10th, that's it.. nothing else.. anyone else have this same issue??
Also, my case was at 11 months til decision when we filed and counted down every month until May, when it skipped to 2 months, then June 2nd it went to 4 weeks, then July 4th it went to taking longer than expected... NOW.. yesterday it went to 4 weeks... anyone else???

Hello everyone. Still waiting? Is there still a lot of backlogs? No progress at all. Last May 2023 it says 3 months then now, it is taking to long to process. :(

it's been 7 months since I've received a notice from the uscis department saying that they've received my application and are working on it, now I wonder why is it so difficult for you to take a decision? make it make sense come on that's not fair I'm waiting on my approval I didn't wait this long for nothing and I'm not wishing but waiting because in GOD we trust!
EB2-1 ROW with June 2022 PD gather here
This thread is for folks who have priorty date of June 2022, ROW, EB2-1. It seems like most of the cases that are being approved right for EB2-1 ROW are April 2022 PD.
Lets use this thread to track June 2022 ROW PD approvals.
I filed my I485 in mid-April 2023, got biometrics in mid-May 2023, got ‘case transferred’ notice from Nebraska to NBC at end of May 2023. Received EAD and AP combo card end of June. Currently waiting for I485 approval
J2-EAD APPROVED on September 18th. USCIS page is down
I got an email saying USCIS has taken a action on my case, I called them and they confirmed my case was approved in Sep 18th. They are having issues with the online accounts, for that reason a lot of people is not seeing any updates. It took 118 to get the renewal.

Case is taking longer than expected to 1 week
My case went from taking longer to 1 week during activily reviewed, i dont know what is happing, but two days i talked to a live agent throught Emman and thi ms one says that my case is pending for a decision and one day after my case changed from taking longer to 1 week .
