i came to the USA with K1 Visa and get married, i applied for greencard 12 months ago now still not receive my green card i only receive the Employment ID
i need to know what can i do is taking so much time i dont knw what to do
of anyone have solution or idea please help me with it and i appraciate you All

you can try to expedite via a congressperson, but 12 months isn’t out of regular processing times so there’s not much you can do at this time. a lot of people are getting approved from October and November 2022 so your time is coming soon!

i did received RFE and i did sent them what they asked for now its been 4 months no respond
