hello
so Ive got my I730 approved and everything ai have arrived to the Us before 2 month and i want to creat my SScard when I went there they asked for my I94 , I looked it online and it says (record not found ) they also asked for my Eac and that didnt arrive yet . what should I do ? please help

im on the same boat :( i tried to get my ssn but no they do not even want to take the i-94 tear off they wanna see ead now :(

apply for work permits and sac at the same I was having that problem and that was how I solved it

@loc bic My question is when I interviewed at the embassy they asked for my signed I765 so i dont know if I cant sumbit a new one cause there may be another one (which the embassy sumbit it )

@Annie Daniel yes I called uscis to surpass the robotic thing in the begining just say (infopass) i gave them my A number and asked if theres any i765 going on they told me that I do have a I765 i asked for the reciept nimber ofbit they gave it to me now im waiting for my eac so I can apply for the Ssc

@suhel gh thanks for the info. I called USCIS this morning but they claim not to see any pending cases instead I was referred to dhs. the lady asked for my name and I-730 case number
