i thought once they approved combo card after gettiong response to i-864 rfe then there wouldn’t be a problem with i-864 anymore but i guess i was wrong..

@Asad abbas I will definitely and the sad part they send a rfe for medical so I’m very confused!

@E.C. B can you plz give me some details when did u applied for EAD and when it got approved and when did u received RFE?!and don’t worry you can appeal to reopen and fix ypur issue it won’t take alot of time either

When did you receive your approval for I-765? This is important because USCIS wouldn’t approve I-765 if the petitioner or joint sponsor isn’t qualified to sponsor you.

@E.C. B yes you can get a social security number but the actual EAD card with 2 year validity date, you also received the employment authorization card valid until 2025?
