i 130 form
hello community...
i got question please answer it ,
on the i 130 form there is a question which is written like this ; ON WHAT DATE DID YOUR BENEFICIARY MARRY THIER CURRENT SPOUSE?
guys my mom and dad married each other at 1984
but they regester their marriage certificate at 1987 and the year 1987 written on their marriage certificate .
my question is which date should i put in , 1984 or 1987 ?#i130
How long does it take for I-130 and I-485 RFE responses to get procced and issue greencard?
I recieved both RFE at the same time, submitted the responses within a week and I got an aupdate for Response to RFE for both on different days.
But its been a while have not recieved any updates! How long does the next update take for 130 or 485?
F2a to Ir-2 or F11
i have a question for my friend he has filed i-130 petition for his children his son was about to be 21 before he applied for i-130 he was considered in f2a category now his son is above 21 and still waiting for the approval also, he has naturalized now so in which category he will be now ir-2 or f11 also if he his now in f11 can he opt out to f2a please response…

It’s been a tough journey but God came through and this platform helped me survive the wait. I just wanna use my Timeline to encourage someone out there that God is still working and never give up, celebrate others because yours will come.
I went alone for my Citizenship/ I751 interview March 7 2023 with no decision on my case, no update on my case till I wrote to the Senator of my State last month and got a reply that USICS is working on it and this Monday, My story change from wait to Rejoice. What God can not do does not exist 😘💃💃💃🥳🥳. Thanks to you all for your support.

Has this happened to where the I-130 is approved but I-485 and I-765 still pending? I just checked the documents tab and the approval notice was there. I’m hoping my I-485 get approved or interview notice 🙏🏽🙏🏽
