Pending AOS and EAD on EB1C
if you are L1A and after applying concurrently for GC you have pending AOS. your I140 approved and your EAD and AP is received.
Question is how much time you have if you lost your job with your employer to go back to your country if because of the layoff you loose your job.
I heard it’s 60 days.
More than 6 months passed that you got your I140 and SAD and AP but waiting for approval of Adjustment of status.

I’m not 100% sure but I’ve also heard 60 days. if you’ve had your I140 approved though there is a chance you can find a job with the same responsibilities and complete an I485J to port your application to the new employer. it sounds tough but possible.
