What does it mean, if it means anything, I hope it does, but still extremely skeptical..

I send my rfe response in march 2023 and I see today in my uscis online account showing me response received on Tuesday October 17 2023 we will review the evidence I don’t understand what is this miens ?

@S Singh it means your rfe was sitting in a pile until oct 17. they added it to your account so they can look at it.

@Kristina T yes they received my rfe 20 march 2023 and I think they r looking my rfe documents in 17 October 2023 after 7 months because processing time in 13 months in Louisville ky and this is running 14 months now for my case so can I request a service inquiry for my case ?

@Dyala alkasabra no only the i130 your case will go through the nvc i485 is only when a person here in the state already and going to adjust their status

@m-Mc C actually I just got for i485 the same message.
However my medical is expired since September, so they probably will ask for that and prolonged more.
1 more thing is that when I was filling I just filled the necessary paperwork on lawyer suggestion, no evidence whatsoever, so I am sure they need at least to give me an interview before approving it, otherwise would be kind weird unless they have spies checking on immigrants 😊
