it's a done deal i had my passport with the immigrant Visa in it today...
from filing i130 through NVC to Medicals then to documents review at the Embassy and lastly the interview, i simply was relaxed, because i know i am doing the right thing with the right documents and with enough patience, God made everything beautiful for me at His own time and His will.
It take patience to move mountains.
God is faithful and always..
I pray that everyone in this journey should build the spirit of patience, no matter how long it may take, you will definitely get what you want.

taking longer than expecting
my visa I-130 have taken longer than expecting today making it 523 days now I finally confirmed it that is not texas service center it's california service center my wife filed it by herself in texas but after spoken to uscis official yesterday she said it's california not texas. that October 29 2023 will make it the exact processing time limit that we don't need to count weekend and holidays so by October 29 will make it 14.5 months which is exact california process time that our file is processing normally , but this morning my wife checked it on Internet 'taking longer than expecting' automatically changed again to 4 months on processing time so please I need any info or help if anyone have experience something like this before please everyone thanks

Interview Scheduled
After 3 years and 10 months for my application, I finally got an update that an interview has been scheduled.
I was expecting letter of approval, NVC processing before embassy visa schedule.
Right now am waiting for USCIS mail regarding the interview.
Has anyone gotten such message?
My wife lives in Nigeria and this type of interview schedule is common with couples who are already living in the US
who leave the country after submitting the form I134A probably will have issues with cbpone for travel authorisation .
ayy bobo chicos,🤯 acabo de ver en youtube ( MPH) el que da info sobre lo que pasa con el parole .informó que USCIS pretende hacer cambios en el sistema para detectar a los beneficiarios que abandonan el pais en el que estan cuando sometieron su formularios ...pueden tener problemas a la hora de seguir con el proceso de cbpone para el travel authorisation. o seaaaa tenemos que aguantar esa larga espera en el pais donde dijimos que estamos viviendo en el formulario 🤕.. quiera Dios que no hagan eso . Porque haiti y Venezuela estan en una situation demasiado horrible con sus vidas en peligro constantemente. que seria de esos beneficiarios haitianos que estan iendo pa Nicaragua, mexico etc... USCIS ta dificil 🤯🤯🤯🤯

It’s been 331 days since receipt of my response to their RFE and the approval of my I-360 is still………. they keep issuing multiple EADS. My daughter got an EAD renewal in February, 2023 and now they just approved another EAD for the same person🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
I have 3 EADS, 2 expiring next year different months and the recent expiring in 2025.
The organization is just crap!!!!!!

my I-130 approved but I 485 interview scheduled?
im in texas service center with PD 1/3/23. im married for 4 years and just this year applied. my case is going relatively fast since i live in smaller country but what im confused about is that my I130 got approved but I 485 got scheduled for interview in a month. so I’ve been googling stuff and some lawyers say thats a bad sign and some said that its regular interview regardless if i130 got approved or not. does anybody have similar situation/experience?

I received request for evidence on my I485 does anybody have an idea of what kind of doc they request for under the i485? I haven't sent my medical examen anything else I believe I sent. Also the RFE goes under the 485 all the time or it can be under any case? please I need answers if you have an idea.
interview notice
My GC case was updated on the website on September 12 saying they sent me a notice scheduling an interview. Today is September 20 and I still haven’t received it. Should I contact them about this or is it too soon? I worry because I moved to a new city/state last month (even though I updated my address information the day I moved). Thoughts?
