Wanted to share my timeline so far with my case
August 1st 2022-USCIS received case
July 24th 2023- RFE
August 5th 2023- USCIS received RFE
August 15th 2023- USCIS Approved Case
September 15th 2023- Received K1-FTP from NVC
September 19th 2023- Embassy Status: Ready
I wasn’t expecting to be this far in the process since I been seeing a lot of backlogs
Working STEM OPT until GC
Hello my pd is Aug 10, 2021. I still have 24 months STEM OPT left. Can I work with my STEM OPT until I get my GC or I have to work for employer with EB3 EAD since it does not say anywhere I have to work for sponsor after I get EB3 EAD? Please let me know if anyone is still working with STEM OPT EAD even after receiving EB3 EAD. Thank you!

Hello,
I recently got a RFE for my medical and I-864.
My husband wasn’t working the whole time in the last 3 years because he was in and out the country because of family. So his last tax returns don’t show a lot.
He recently started working again and we’re living together with his brother. So if we put him as a household member they’re income together should be around $3,000 above the poverty guideline for a house hold of 3.
Do you think we’re good? Did anyone experience the same?

Hi friends,
I need to share with you what is happing to us during the step "Case is being activily reviewed " USCIS was activily reviewing our case on august 02 2023 an the estimated time was 2 months, and later this one went down to 5 weeks, 4 weeks til to 1 week and changed to case is taking longer than expected. I was frustrated. Some weeks ago means that today i log in the Account and Case is taking longer than espected changed to 1 week, i dont know whats going on. Did someone experienced this one ?
