expedite request
hi guys,
Do you guys think that we should do the Expedite Request? has anyone done it when PD current? How do you guys pass the infor to reach the request?

you cannot create expedite request for green card (i485), only EAD/AP which is hit or miss

yeah i485 unfortunately doesn’t have a method to expedite , wait and watch or raise a mandamus with a lawyer if it has crossed processing time

you can chat with emma and request expedite but it won’t help unfortunately

you can only expedite ead/ap but you cant expedite i-485 even if your PD is current there no such method for that

u cannot expedite unless your priority date becomes current

some people told me if I-140 was approved over 18 months and the pd is current, you can call uscis to push up your case.
