RFE
Hello Everyone, Yesterday I sent my response about my RFE for Lee Summit, MO 64063 and the USPS delivered at Lee Summit, MO 64081 (Homeland Security PO box) I called the USPS there and they told me every morning one person from USCIS go to this office to pickup all mails that they have, this happened with someone here ? How many days the immigration told you they received your package with your evidence for a RFE ? I’m a little bit nervous because my deadline is November 4th.

@Lia Oliveira no worries, when you track the application it will tell that someone from homeland security picks it up, I had mine send via express mail but that was in may, I got approved for greencard already, good luck on your journey

@shanikay p thank you 🥹I asked USPS proof of delivery and it was signed by Homeland Security, so that’s mean they picked up ? Because on the USCIS it’s still asking for the answer :/

Mine got there on July 13th but the only acknowledged to have received on the 18th.
