Processing Times
Are all AOS / EAD Case numbers start with IOE? Any idea of the processing times with Case numbers that start with IOE? Mine starts with IOE09 but processing center is NBC.

Mine took 70 days. some people are approved right after the biometrics, others wait for six months, sometimes more.

it can get approved right after your biometrics and it can take as long as 8 months. Typically I'm seeing a lot of people get approved around 160 to 180 days after filing.
it's very random and unpredictable.

my PD is 8/29/23 , Biometrics 9/29/23, EAD received 10/16/23 hoping you have a quick approval too!
