PD not current but NVC asked for fees and docs
Our PD is Aug 2023, Indian born so not current on both charts. EB1A case. NVC sent us a mail asking for ds 260 and civil documents, and we sent them. Now we are DQ’ed as of 1st Nov, 2023. Does NVC take the forms early and then make people wait? Since right now there’s a long time before our PD becomes current
