Contacting USCIS
Recently USCIS Emma has been abondoning my chats and hanging up when I call. Do others have same experience? waiting for I130 since may2022. I am unable to log service request for case follow up. Is this a bad sign? Guessing cases that go to NBC just die. It does not seem worth anymore.

When I use Emma chat they just say contact them & end chat

no cases doesn’t die that go to NBC . because my case was there , my EUD and green card was approved there and it took me 7month .

Emma will not give you update on I130 unless you are the petition , they don’t give that info to the beneficiary . when you contact Emma you only have to ask about I485 ,I130 or I31 .

@Kerrian Lawrence thanks but I do enquire about I485 and I get same response. I mentioned I130 because my spouse experienced the same as a petitioner.
