We received the following update from USCIS:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. Our records indicate we received a response to our request for evidence, and processing has resumed on this case. A review indicates your constituent's application has been identified as a potential interview waiver application and is currently undergoing normal processing at the NBC prior to field office review. As an interview may not be required, your constituent's application may be sent to a field office, other than your local office, for final adjudication. Once further action is taken, your constituent will receive notice at the address of record.
They confirmed that you fulfilled their request for evidence and they are reviewing that currently. Also, they might not give you an interview after all. This would mean they make a decision without conducting an interview. Please keep me updated. We are happy to support you if there are any issues.

I submitted my RFE 102 days ago and on my uscis account under Myprogress app for the longest time it said your case is taking longer than expected. I logged in today and it says my estimated time till they make a decision is 1 week. how accurate is this? I’m so overwhelmed by how long I’ve been waiting for a response. I30 application is at 609 days and I still have not heard back.

We applied for GC (USC) in December 2022 .
2 months ago it showed “process is taking longer than expected “ and now it’s showing 5 months .

Quiero saber si ha alguien más le ha cambiado el estado en su caso, el 30 cumplimos un año en el proceso y se actualizo hace un par de meses y decia que mi caso estaba tomando mas tiempo de lo normal, ahora dice que faltan 2 meses más???? Alguien con caso similar?

I submitted my response to medical RFE over a month and it has not be acknowledged the response was received . please is it normal?
I called USCIS and was told I have to wait 60days before I can make inquiry.. any advise will be appreciated #i485 #eb2niw
