does NBC schedule an interview?
Hello, I filed Form I-751 individually at the California Service Center due to my divorce. After responding to the Request for Evidence (RFE), my case was transferred to another USCIS office on September 18, 2023. This new office now has jurisdiction over my case. The transfer notice indicated that it was done to expedite the process, and my case is currently at the National Benefits Center (NBC).
I would appreciate any assistance in determining whether they will schedule me for an interview.

my I485 was approved!
After they wrongfully denied my case on June 2023 (1 st denial notice for the I485) and July 2023 (was the 2nd denied of my I485 but this time we sent a letter to the offices in NYC and they updated my case with a second denial notice 🥸) check timeline:
@June 23,2023 we sent I290 a motion to Reopen the case. + $625.00 money order.
@ June 29,2023 ::: I290 was received
@ July 29,2023 ::: Case was reopen and I-765 was reinstalled (work permit)
@September 7,2023 :: working on the case
@ September 28,2023::: case was approved
not interview was required and my medical probably was found 😎….
always make a copy and screenshot of all the updates on the page (Uscis website) if need any help I’m gladly open to help anyone.

Greencard Holder Filling
hello Everyone! My husband is greencard holder we had the I-130 approval January/23, we decide wait to he’s be a USA Citizen! So he’s interview is next Tuesday!! I have plans to filling my I-485 , any one do same thing can share the time line?? Jow long take GC after do just I-485 ?
