Why is that taking more than 120days?
F1 married to USC.
Got my EAD before the interview.
After 6 months of filling we have done our interview. And interview officer gave us a paper asked 120 days to make a decision.
However, It is already passed 130 days after the interview.
*why it is taking more than 120 days?
i-130 and i-485 showing "being actively reviewed" after the interview.
*Should my wife contact with the Senator or Congressman?
* Is there any option to do expedite for i-130/i-485 at this moment?
The lawfully case analysis pro showing our position > 3rd (i-130) & 5th (i-485).
Please Need advice from experts.

did you submit bonafide evidence with your initial application ? I’m surprised your interview wasn’t waived. also did you maintain F1 status?

No i did not submit evidences and tax papers with my initial application and then i got rfe for sponsor documents and got ead and they scheduled interview and done our interview separately. my wife has dissability and social anxiety disorder and we tried to tell them and they never listened and we messed up our interview. i wish they could do field research instead of interview to find out real or fake marriage. No i did not maintain my f1 status after marriage and i had to move with my wife and support her cause her mental health issues.

and
i-130 it showed after one month 🤷🏻♂️

@Rah man it was suck. My interview was the same until now no change. My case stuck with My interview was scheduled. Just contacted with senator for help, no response yet
