nvc fee
We was pay the fee of affidavit of support and IV application before 4 days and still status in in prosses. Any one have idea about it how much they take time to make status paid ?
In the ceac portal they write there it tak 2 to 3 days but our is more than 4 days and now we r worried about it .
Pleas share your experience tia.

Hi guys! I just got a notification that says both my I-130& I-485 are being actively reviewed. This is the first update that i got for my I-130 and first update after i have sent RFE for my medical and tax return since May. Fingers crossed for me to get an approval soon 😭

got transferred for the third time today , mandamus filed on feb2023! anyone have any idea what’s going on why so many transfers? my lawyer said last week got 2 aprovals i601a , one from Maroco and 1 from Mexico they both filed on 2020 ! also said to be patient cases are moving just slower!

#religiousworker adjustment of status, Again I’m bringing this question in front of community, what happens if government don’t act before ending of religious worker visa sunset date September 30th 2023? how is this going to impact on already filed petitions (pending I-129 Non immigrant visa, I-360 immigrant visa and pending I-485) in religious workers category?

Got DQ today now we wait for the interview submitted the payment September 19,2023 and submitted all documents September 22,2023 of this month and all got accepted today September 29,2022
