I am over 150 days and I accidentaly, by contacting congressman, found out that I had interview and because I didnt show up I was denied, my online status has not changed since NBC recieved my medical and I did not receive any letter for interview invitation. now I am filing motion to reopen with attorney and congressman is trying to get denial letter for me since I haven't received that either, while my online status still shows that 5 months ago nbc received my medicals....if it wasnt for congressman I would have never known of my (very serious) situation.

@M Ari I have seen your previous post and felt so worried. How is it even possible not to update the online status OR issue a letter for interview. This is so BS and unbelievable!! I tried to reach out to my congressman office, they submitted a request for case inquiry. No response to them from USCIS. According to my congressman’s office, they have to wait for 30 days to hear back. The 30-day period is passed, but USCIS still has not responded.

@Nick A I agree 100% it is a bs and unfortunately we are the ones having to pay extra fees for uscis mistakes and deal with chaos they create due to lack of training (my close friend was dating one of the agents and she literally explaind how they are so understaffed and untrained that most of the time they are just trying to "wing it")... call and contact congressman again they will give you best info. also you can try white house I did that too but I didnt obtain much of information due to sensitivity of Vawa cases. Good luck and I truly dont wish on anyone the nonsense I have to deal with but its good to know that these things happen so you can stay alerted and cautious.

I am 130 days since their acknowledgment of my medical. please guys what can we do ? we may have already been scheduled for interview without even knowing this is scary 😦 oh God what type of unprofessional are holding people destiny in this country.

@D N what’s the uscis response to you? after I person at office did they gave you any information or positive feedback ??

@M sheikh they said on normal processing and it's 30 months from the filled date mine is 26 months already and they said it's 4 months if i dont hear anything i can request the response

@Omar Penuela Most likely that will be RFE for Medicals. First, they are waiting for I 360 to be approved and then review by I 485. It’s going to be miracles that you have to respond as soon as you get results from surgeon. My RFE was received in the beginning of June and I responded within two weeks. Since then, I have not heard back anything from Uscis.
