Mistake in I-864
Hi
I am a student in US applying for my husband in India.
I've added my father as a Joint sponsor by filling I-864 instead of Household member I-864A. I dont have an income of my own and so I didnt fill a form I-864 for myself.
Should I just wait and see if this is getting approved or any action required on my side?

Interview process?
I was wondering if the embassy schedules the soonest available date for interviews or if they do interview dates after a certain amount of time like a month for example. if I go on the embassy from my countrys website, and i see available dates in a week or so, would they schedule my husbands interview within those days or do u think it will take longer just bc they love to stretch things out and make u wait more

I got sent another VAWA and green card receipt out of nowhere
This is so weird I got 2 mails today and was so excited for some updates finally. Why did uscis send me another receipt for my I-360 and I-485 when I already got receipts since December 2022. The received date is the same so nothing changed except for the notice date. I find it weird that they sent to me again.
Has this happened to anyone?

I-131 travel document (advance parole)
hi guys!
I received my advanced parole approval notification and it is valid for 2 years. After reading it I am afraid of traveling because there is a section that says
Before you leave the United States
Please note the following information:
• Parole into the United States is not guaranteed. In all cases, a CBP officer must still inspect you at a port of entry to determine whether you are eligible to come into the United States according to the terms of this advance parole. Even though USCIS approved your advance parole, CBP may still refuse to parole you into the United States.
• Parole into the United States is not an "admission" into the U.S. If you have a pending Form I-485 and we deny it, you may be subject to removal proceedings for being inadmissible to the U.S.
• Unlawful Presence. If you leave the United States after being unlawfully present in the United States, you may be barred from admission even if you obtained advance parole. If you were unlawfully present in the United States for more than 180 days but less than one year and you leave the U.S. voluntarily before the start of removal proceedings, you are inadmissible for three years; if you were unlawfully present for one year or more, you are inadmissible for ten years.
is this normal? does everybody receive the same notification? I’m afraid and I need to go see my relative who is Ill, please advise and share info. today was supposed to be a happy day and now I’m sad and scared!

My employment card took forever to come in, but I’m thankful I got it. It’s just been a long wait so far and no updates or anything. anyone same time line??
I miss my family a lot and I can’t visit. very depressing.
