Ead expedite request eveidance
just called uscis today to expedite the EAD card . the representative advised me to upload the job offer letter if possible
I have a degree in computer science and also have work experience in the USA
I have been getting lots of staffing agencies job advertisements over the email
I’m confused how to get the offer letter or should I just upload the emails I’m getting from staffing agencies

I just got a notification of “Actively Review” for I 130.
I 485 Actively Review since July 26 2023
However, I am still waiting for the Advance Parole.
It is showing 1 week under my progress.
Any Idea for this delay?

Mandamus Motion to dismiss granted
hi,
Today I got a call from my lawyer says that my Mandamus case got dismissed. I wanna let you know guys out there thinking to do the Mandamus, I personally think that it's not worth to pay that much money to spend for this. All we have to do is waiting. Wait for USCIS to make a decision and hope for the best🙁
reviewed dates changed?
I received notification they received July 20th the next day after I sent now it says received today. Anyone know why?? It’s been 60 days

RFE for mother - respond online??
I received a rfe for bilingual birth certificate, the notice first line says " this notice contains your unique number. the original notice must be submitted with the requested evidence " , I applied online, I received physical letter and downloaded it online as well . can I respond online? I don't know what's the unique number ? but there is like bar code on every page of the letter and the cover page as well, let me know if anyone received something similar?????

My ead and travel documents approved 4 months ago but I didn’t start working for my employer yet.I am thinking about traveling to my country next month. it is safe to travel before starting to work with employer (I didn’t use my work permit for any other job as well)? any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
