We got approved!
We finally got approved. We got a second notice yesterday Sept 28th saying “Your case is actively being reviewed” and I got another notice this morning saying our I-130 was approved! 👏🏼 Now onto the next step.

Who gets their 485 approved first?
I have asked this question in multiple forums but could not get an answer. Persons X and Y filed under EB3 Skilled and ROW Category. X has a PD of 1/1/2015 and Y has a PD of 1/1/2016. According to visa bulletin, assume both dates are current. If for some reason, Y filed 485 much earlier than X. Whose 485 will be adjudicated first? (My guess is X since he has a much earlier PD than Y)

Hi guys, my i-130 was approved in June 2023. Initially my case was going to be done consular but with my husband we decided to continue the process here due to me having tourist visa. In July of this year I filed my i-485 form and my work permit was approved last week, does anyone know after the work permit how long does it take for me to be scheduled for an interview or get the case approved ?

I’m a little bit confused. My PD is March 2022. USCIS issued an RFE last April 2023 needing a Supplement J(I-485J). They received my response last May 2023 but retrogression happened. When I checked the status today, it was approved but my I-485 remains case pending. Did they processed it even my pd is not yet current?

hello guys , I need advice bcos I am loosing my mind , I have i130 approval a year ago and I am in removal proceedings . I submitted joint motion to ICE attorney for over two month now and my lawyer kept saying it’s pending . is there anything else I can do ? who has experienced such ? or my lawyer is lying he refused to pick my calls for a month now . thanks

It's been a long time waiting for the approval! It was really hard living far from my husband but yet I don't regret waiting together with children outside US.
The most interesting part is the following:
we got approved on September 25 and got Case number from NVC on September 29😬
I was thinking it's gonna take a month or so....lol
I wish every-every single one out there to be approved very soon! Wish you all happiness!

it’s almost been theee years I thought it would be approved before the end of this year… they mention “it is not expected that a final decision will be made before “ like come on how long I’m going to wait …. in desperate ……
