Got the second actively reviewed status today and saw the approval notice under the documents tab. It is weird that Lawfully has not updated yet. I am sooo happy that it made me cry. Thank God🙏🏽

No response for I-131 Rfe
USCIS received my I-131 renewal on Dec 19th and I need to travel soon so I submitted an expedite request and I got an RFE without a due date. It took a long time for us to get the doctors letter (1 month) and we faxed it in multiple times using different fax services. I have not heard back any suggestions on how we move forward? Are they not responding because it took a long time for us to send doctors letter?

-i-131 expedite request submitted through EMMA July 2022
-i-131 expedite request RFE aug 7th 2022 via email
-i-131 faxed evidence sept 4th 2022
From sept 4th to now we have faxed it 5 times and we have still got no response.
Should we open up another expedite request or reach out to congressman?

Hola,buenas a todos ,espero q estén bien,les comparto esto y a lo mejor le sirve a alguien que está en la misma situación que yo .
Toda mi familia está en EEUU,soy cubano,y aquí solo quedamos mi hermano y yo que gracias a Dios ya tenemos puesto el parol humanitario.
El caso es que hace ocho meses que mi tío me lo puso ya y aún no hemos tenido respuesta😢.Cada vez la desesperación crece y no hayamos el momento de volver a encontrarnos con nuestra familia de una vez por todas .Favor de saber cómo acelerar el proceso para obtener una respuesta me hace saber 🙌🏻 Muchísimas gracias a todos y espero que el viaje de sus sueños sea rápido
