Delay in updating case status
Hello everyone,
My dad received his greencard 2 weeks ago. The case status still says “Card was picked up by USPS”. His i-131 still shows case has been received status. We went to Social Security office to update his status. For some reason, the officer couldn’t proceed because it showed red flag. How long would it take for USCIS to update his case status? He wants to travel overseas but not sure if he can without final case update from USCIS.
Anyone has gone through similar scenario?
