New biometrics yes or No
Did biometrics with i130 in Dec, 2021, withdrew and filed VAWA in March,2022. submitted the i765,i131& i485 in May 2023, to date I have not received any notice for a biometrics. is that normal? are they gonna use the previous one or will they request to do a new one?
anyone with similar case?

@teddy k quick question, did you file i-765, i-131, i-485 when you originally filed your i-130 ? just wondering why you had to re-file those.

@NH O yes I did file all of those with the i130. @ Shanice blue yes I have received the receipt notice

biometrics are good for two years. So you’re good until Dec 2023, if you pass that date then you’ll need to do new bio and they will let you know

@NH O at the that time I had someone who claimed he’s an attorney later found out he didn’t know what he’s doing and couldn’t represent me. New attorney didn’t mention anything so I assumed that’s the way to go about it.
