We have already been waiting for more than a year for the response of the i-130 due to recommendations from USCIS and because we are “current” last week we submitted the I-485 adjustment, plus travel and work permits. We trust that this can help us speed up the process…. Anyone with a similar case?

Hi guys, I just wanna let you know that I will be always available on Lawfully if anyone needs my help or have questions concerning (F-1, asylum, green card based asylum, citizenship, military and or expedited request) I have been through all this and I am the kind of guy who is curious and likes to make dip research on everything specially on immigration matters, I have applied to most of my immigration benefit on my own because I just follow what uscis says lol. I-765 Case is taking longer than expected status
I started my GC application in Feb 2023.
I filed
I765 - Application for employment authorization
I131 - Travel Document
I130 - Petition for Alien Relative
I485 - Adjustment of status
My case status has been stuck at the " Your case is taking longer than expected" status for a few months now. I have no updates on my employment authorization application either. I am left waiting without work.
I485 - says that the "Case is being reviewed my USCIS"
I am concerned. Someone please advise what should I do.
What comes next?
This is my first dealing with immigration in my life and I need a little help understanding the process pleaseeee.
I am from the US my husband is from Lebanon. We filed the I-30 when I was in Lebanon in May 2023. we got married and I was there for a month. I also had my local us senator send an expedited visa request because my father passed away the day I landed in Lebanon.
The day I arrived back to the states (my husband still in Lebanon) I got a text with a receipt number from the USCIS.
A week later I got a letter from the USCIS denying the expedited visa request stating although serious our case didn't meet the requirements for expedition.
I made a USCIS account using the receipt number and it says the uscis is actively reviewing your case...
I tried to get an access code they said my information doesn't match and I'm not the applicant
My husband made an account and were still waiting for an access code he's messaged them already they said to wait about 30 days.
So my question is what comes next? without an access code if we get an update do they mail me the information? where he is they don't get mail everything is literally done by whatsapp.
our PD is 5-19-23 and our status still says actively being reviewed.
I used rapidvisa to file and they aren't always helpful in understanding this process.
also is there a way to file a k3 visa because my mom is very ill and it's just me my mom and daughter, it's alot on me to work and maintain the home also with the reality my mom won't be here much longer I will have no family or help outside of my child. thanks #uscis #i30

Advance Parole based on Pending Asylum
Hi Everyone
Need guide on applying Advance Parole based on Pending asylum. My mom is sick and its serious case. She will have to go to third country for medical surgery.
I would like to apply for Urgent Advance Parole.
Any guide and advise would be appreciatable………
