Does time spent under AOS count towards the three year residency requirement to apply for citizenship?
for example if I spent one year under AOS waiting for my marriage based green card, would I be eligible to apply for citizenship after two years of getting LPR status instead of three?

Best time to apply for a work permit and permission to travel (l-129F processing)??
Hi, I received a RFE for my Fiancée’s app. I will be sending the RFE in a few days. I am putting the positive energy out there and anticipating an approval by Dec/Jan. My question is when is the best time to file for a work permit and for a travel permit? We would like a travel permit so that we can have a wedding in Ecuador where 95% of her family is and one in the US for the remaining 5% and my family/friends. Should I send a letter explaining this idea when I return the RFE or does that seem suspicious?
Should I send the I-765 and I-131 with the evidence they requested?

After a long long journey we finally got our approval notice. The RFE wasn't hard as I expected. Once the RFE was submitted, it was only 2 weeks before we got a decision of approval.

Denied.. seems like USICS ignored my RFE reply
Hello. I have received my 140 denial letter following me replying to USIC’s RFE.
The letter confirms receiving my RFE response, but all the reasons for denial were the same as the original RFE letter… it was as if they never bothered reading my reply, and they just copied and pasted the RFE letter. Anyone else?
