urgent help
please i need help....i summited my rfe for medical since febuary 13th but unfortuntaly i got arrested around may for DWI but the judge dismiss the case the judge just ask me to pay fine which i did immeditaly but on Sep Uscis request for the dismiss cerificate from court which i went to judge and get it and i sent it to Uscis since Sep 13th since then i didnt heard anythimg from them please can i resend another one or i should wait for them to respond am scared now....please what i can do my good peoples...

best if you log in to your USCIS online and upload the disposition of court there also. Once you’re logged and see your cases, go to case status and click on documents and scroll down and you will see upload evidence.
